Will I receive any acknowledgement from ChicMoss after payment has been made?
Yes, you will receive a payment confirmation by email from ChicMoss once payment has been received.
I have received the delivered package but some merchandise are missing or damaged.
Sorry, we do not take responsibility for any damages to item(s) during normal mail delivery. Rest assured that all our packages are thoroughly checked before they are shipped out.
Will my orders be insured?
Insurance is not provided for normal mail. If you prefer insurance for your purchase, we highly encourage using registered mail. A Tracking number will be provided and the parcel will be insured for up to a value of SGD$68.00(at time of writing) per delivery. Kindly refer to the
